One can choose to rent properties out to families, professionals and even tenants who qualify for housing benefit in the UK. With the right management team in placing vetting the best tenants and ensuring the property is well maintained during the tenancy allows for cashflow over a long period of time

Social Housing

With a chronic shortage of housing stock in the UK Social housing is a strategy that is becoming increasingly popular. While there are many different service providers and types of social housing that make up this sector the fundamentals are the same. You provide housing to a certain sector of the social housing market and the provider will in turn sign a long term lease that's guaranteed and fully repairable and insured for between 3,5 and 7 years. Essentially the provider becomes your tenant and pays your rental regardless of whether or not the property is tenanted. A high cashflowing strategy whereby a property is transformed into a house of multiple occupation whereby tenants rent the room per month inclusive of bills and share communal facilities. HMO's can cater to young professionals or students.The entry level for HMO's is higher and can potentially involve more red tape but cash flow and ROI is higher.
